Attention Martial Arts of Waco Students,

This is a reminder for all Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai students to dress your best today and tomorrow. Only Martial Arts of Waco logos are allowed on your gear. No outside logos will be permitted. Please represent our academy with pride and professionalism.

Tuesday: In-Class Filming

We will be filming during classes this Tuesday.

• No hard sparring.

• No showing off.

• Focus on consistency and proper technique.

• Train like it’s old times—stay humble, stay working.

Iron Forge Smoker Event
When: This Saturday, May 17th
Where: Iron Forge Gym, Austin
What: MMA, Kickboxing, and No-Gi BJJ matches
Come watch, support, and test your skills in a controlled, respectful environment.

Miesha Tate Seminar
When: Friday, May 23rd | 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where: Martial Arts of Waco
Cost: $65 Members | $70 Non-Members
Spots are limited. Stay humble, stay professional. Same rules apply: no logos besides Martial Arts of Waco. Respect the mat, respect the guest.

In-House Tournament
When: Saturday, June 7th
What: MMA, Kickboxing, and No-Gi BJJ
Entry Fee: Only $50
There’s no reason not to compete unless you’re out of town.

• Half of the proceeds will go towards purchasing cage panels for the academy.

• The other half will be donated to the local animal shelter on the Circle in Waco, Texas.
  Your participation—win or lose—will help our academy grow. Show up, support your team, and give back to the community.

Dress Code Reminder – Today, Tomorrow & Every Tuesday:

• Dress your absolute best.

• Only Martial Arts of Waco logos are allowed.

• No Nike, no Adidas, no outside brands.

• Tuesday Rule: All students must wear a plain black rash guard or black t-shirt.

• This is not optional. Represent the academy with pride and uniformity.
