March 1, 2025 – Muay Thai of Waco Grand Opening!

• We are excited to officially open Muay Thai of Waco!
• The event will include a Muay Thai ranking and testing.
• Get ready for an amazing day of training and competition.

Schedule Updates

• Wrestling Club is now on Wednesdays & Fridays at 7:00 p.m.
• OpenMAT is every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Wrestling with Coach Stephanie is on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Invitation-Only MMA Training is on Wednesday & Friday mornings at 5:30 a.m.
• TEAM workout on Thursdays from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays during OpenMAT.

February Reminders

• Uniform Policy: Black rash guards & shirts on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Late Policy: Ask for permission before stepping onto the mat if you arrive late. Stay on the mats, no bare feet on the floor.
• Gym Merch is Here! Grab rash guards for $50 and T-shirts for 1 for $20 and 2 for $30 while supplies last!
• Competition Prep: Tournament training sessions will be added to help students get ready for upcoming events
• Lost & Found Reminder: Unclaimed items left in the gym for over two weeks will be donated to our punching bags.

• NAGA Austin – April 12, 2025 – Get ready to compete in one of the biggest jiu-jitsu events in Texas! We want everyone to show up!
• New Tactical & Medical Training Courses – Dates to be announced soon.
• Summer Training Camp Kids & Adults – Special 6-week intensive camp to sharpen skills before competition season!
• Five Star Competition Training – Focused high-intensity training program designed to prepare students for elite-level tournaments and competitions.

Facility Upgrades & Cleaning List

• Painting floors black & touching up walls gray.
• Hanging flags & hexagons on the new side.
• Installing a mini-split AC system.
• Keeping mats disinfected daily & deep cleaning weekly.
• Organizing the pro shop area.
• New Equipment Incoming: Upgrading Muay Thai bags, grappling dummies, resistance bands, skier, and assault bike.
• New Heavy Bags & Speed Bags to enhance striking and endurance training.
