What is martial arts and the difference?

  6. Wrestling – submission grappling Wrestling is a combat sport that involves grappling techniques such as takedowns, throws, pins, and holds. It can be practiced as a competitive sport or as a form of self-defense.
  7. Submission Grappling Submission grappling is a term used to describe a style of grappling focused on obtaining submissions, such as joint locks and chokes, while excluding striking techniques. It often incorporates elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, catch wrestling, and other grappling arts.
